End User Support Specialist (EUC Support Engineer)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Support Engineer to provide on‑site and remote break/fix assistance for laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals. The role ensures minimal downtime and smooth IT operations for all end users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end support for EUC devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents promptly.
• Install, configure and replace hardware components; manage OS installation, patching and upgrades for Windows and macOS.
• Handle printer setup, connectivity issues and driver troubleshooting.
• Support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities as required.
• Log all incidents in the ticketing system, ensure proper documentation and closure.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide on‑site assistance for critical issues and basic IT support to users.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in EUC, desktop or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS; basic macOS support is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with laptops, desktops, printers and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change Management).
• Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently.
