End-to-End Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for our dental and healthcare clients. In this fully remote position you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while delivering a superior candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles across high‑volume hiring campaigns.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates according to MEDVA’s hiring standards.
• Partner with internal trainers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future demands.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate candidate records and generate data‑driven reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, especially in high‑volume environments.
• Prior recruiting experience in the dental or broader healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
