Employee Relations Staff – HR Specialist

About the role

The Employee Relations Staff will support the HR team in managing employee behavior, ensuring compliance with company policies, and handling workplace conflicts. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment while upholding the Labor Code of the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee conduct and enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management when needed.
• Assist HR in investigations, hearings, and preparation of disciplinary documents such as Notices to Explain, warning letters, and sanctions.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, incident reports, and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on employee behavior, violations, and compliance status.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
• Ensure all disciplinary actions comply with Philippine labor laws and support labor audits.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
