Employee Relations Officer (Hybrid)

About the role

Testronic, a global leader in outsourced quality assurance for video game developers, is seeking a people‑focused Employee Relations Officer. In this hybrid role you will support employees and managers, resolve workplace issues, and help shape a positive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist employees and managers with workplace concerns, grievances, conflicts and disciplinary cases.
• Ensure all actions comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Build strong relationships across teams and promote open communication.
• Partner with HR and leadership on engagement and culture initiatives.
• Collect and analyse employee feedback through surveys and conversations.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare reports for HR leadership.
• Support training and awareness programs on employee‑relations best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations or a similar HR role.
• Good understanding of labor laws and employment practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proactive, practical and people‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work a shifting schedule and strong English proficiency.
