Employee Relations & Conflict Management Specialist

About the role

The Employee Relations & Conflict Management Specialist will monitor employee behavior, ensure compliance with company policies, and address workplace concerns. This role supports a harmonious work environment by handling grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and assisting HR investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor employee conduct and enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and between employees and management.
• Assist HR in investigations, hearings, and preparation of disciplinary documents such as Notices to Explain, warning letters, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, incident reports, and compliance monitoring.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on employee behavior, violations, and compliance status.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
• Ensure all disciplinary actions comply with the Philippine Labor Code and stay updated on labor law changes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
