Employee Health Nurse

About the role

The construction company is seeking a dedicated Employee Health Nurse to oversee the well‑being of its workforce. You will be responsible for delivering occupational health services on‑site, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and promoting a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor employee health trends and maintain confidential medical records.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, vaccination drives, and health screenings.
• Lead health education campaigns on mental health, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a company nurse.
• Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines.
• Willingness to attend face‑to‑face interviews.
• Ability to work onsite in Talomo District, Davao City.
