Email Designer (Klaviyo) – Remote

About the role

We are scaling quickly and need a talented Email Designer to create high‑converting campaigns and flows for multiple eCommerce brands. This is a part‑time, contractual position with the flexibility to work 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
• Translate briefs into clean, on‑brand email layouts.
• Create reusable templates for both campaigns and flows.
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to ensure efficient execution.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong visual design skills focused on email, not just general graphics.
• 2+ years of experience designing for eCommerce brands.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo’s email builder and its technical constraints.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while adding creative direction.
• Clear communication and reliable turnaround times.
