Electronic File Analyst - Plan Member Administration

About the role

The Electronic File Eligibility Analyst in Plan Member Administration (PMA) provides technical expertise, support and customer service to clients and staff within Plan Sponsor Services, ensuring demographic, eligibility and contribution data files are successfully transmitted and uploaded into Manulife systems. The role sits in a fast-paced team where information integrity, turnaround time and responsiveness are critical.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison for PMA on electronic client files, attend meetings and share information internally and with clients
• Gather, document and analyse client data to facilitate successful electronic data uploads
• Load and report on member data across administrative systems
• Provide expertise on systems, procedures, file specifications and manual updates
• Support other departments, troubleshoot client issues and assist with manual updates where applicable
• Manage caseloads within a team, prioritising to maintain high customer service
• Liaise with the IS team on data and system issues and provide testing support

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Experience in a technical role, preferably reviewing or manipulating large data files
• Proven experience with MS Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel
• Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience and aptitude for building relationships
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment
• Willingness to work night or morning shifts
