Electrical Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join the Malolos‑to‑Clark Railway Project in Clark, Pampanga. You will lead the installation, testing and commissioning of auxiliary systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site installation, testing and functional commissioning of auxiliary systems (FDAS, BMS, ACS, TECS).
• Control and monitor MEPF subcontractor activities in line with Technical Specifications, IFC drawings, shop drawings and material approvals.
• Verify work quality against the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), including safety compliance.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare design assessments, providing technical assistance and value‑engineering input.
• Maintain complete MEPF documentation, coordinate with all disciplines and raise Work Inspection Requests when ready.

Required profile

• Registered Electrical Engineer.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Required skills

• Experience with auxiliary systems such as FDAS, BMS, ACS and TECS.
• Knowledge of MEPF coordination, quantity take‑off and project documentation.
• Familiarity with technical specifications, IFC drawings, shop drawings and material approval processes.
