Ecommerce Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Sales Executive to drive online sales growth for our premium brands. You will manage the end‑to‑end e‑commerce operations, collaborate with channel partners, and ensure a compelling digital presence that attracts and converts customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to maximise brand exposure on online channels, including BAU and mega campaigns.
• Maintain and optimise Sony Store listings – visual merchandising, product details, photos, videos, banners and pricing.
• Coordinate promotional artwork uploads and monitor stock allocation with dealers and marketing teams.
• Plan and manage social‑media feeds, live‑stream events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyse KPIs, competitor activity and market trends; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide feedback on promotions using PDCA methodology and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or online marketplace management.
• Proven experience handling premium brands and key online sales channels.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, consumer behaviour and market trends.
• Analytical and commercially minded with a results‑driven attitude.
