eCommerce Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive revenue and profitability across our online channels in the Philippines, including levi.com, marketplaces and social commerce. You will shape strategy, optimise performance and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement eCommerce sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Own eCommerce KPIs such as revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin and inventory.
• Manage warehousing/fulfilment and storefronts on third‑party marketplaces.
• Collaborate with the brand.com platform team to optimise UX/UI and conversion rates.
• Negotiate marketing and marketplace budgets, monitor ROI and conduct post‑mortem analysis.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and integrate new capabilities to grow market share.
• Analyse consumer data, traffic and campaign performance to inform optimisation.
• Report to the SEA eCommerce Lead and liaise with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong business judgment, decision‑making and ability to prioritise high‑impact initiatives.
• Hands‑on stakeholder management and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Outstanding project‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven collaboration across multiple departments and ability to work independently.
• Experience in digital marketing, ad optimisation and campaign performance tracking.
