Early Grades Teacher

About the role

The Early Grades Teacher is responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction to learners in self‑contained Primary classes (Grades 1‑3). The role involves thorough lesson planning, effective classroom delivery, and ongoing assessment to ensure each student achieves learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a cross‑cultural environment to enhance teaching practices.
• Apply differentiated instruction and assessment strategies to support diverse learners.
• Foster a warm, nurturing, and inclusive school culture.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.

Required profile

• Degree from a top university, preferably graduate‑level or with international qualification.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant teaching experience with teens or young learners, locally or abroad.
• Licensed or qualified educator for Primary – Early Grades (Self‑Contained 1‑3).
• Strong teamwork orientation, warm personality, and flexible attitude.
• Highly organized, efficient, with a solid work ethic and good track record.
• Excellent command of English.
• Availability for full‑time work in Pasig City for the 2026‑2027 school year.
• References available immediately.
