About the role

KumaCare Waldessori Mandaluyong is seeking a full‑time on‑site intern to support its early learning playschool for children aged 2–5. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a values‑driven environment that blends Montessori, Waldorf, and Japanese-inspired teaching approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Assist educators in guiding and engaging children during daily activities.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning stations.
• Facilitate classroom routines, including practical life skills and creative exploration.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times.
• Collaborate with teachers, children, and families to uphold the school’s ethos.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of early childhood education principles.
• Genuine interest in working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for hands‑on learning.
