E-Marketing & Content Manager

About the role

The E‑Marketing & Content Manager will shape and execute digital marketing strategies for Royal Canin Philippines, driving traffic, engagement and conversion across all e‑commerce and digital commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall e‑marketing strategy for the Philippines market, considering competition, trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and consistent online brand execution.
• Lead brand guidelines, online merchandising and brand visibility across digital platforms.
• Coordinate e‑marketing activities with trade‑marketing initiatives for seamless online and offline execution.
• Create and manage product page and campaign content, including copy, storytelling and visuals.
• Identify, onboard and manage affiliate partners aligned with brand values.
• Develop retail media strategies in partnership with E‑Commerce and Omnichannel managers.
• Optimize conversion through content, SEO and digital shelf presence.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC and traffic quality, and allocate budget to maximize ROI.
• Oversee CRM programs related to e‑commerce and manage affiliate marketing programs.
• Support and coordinate livestream events on platforms like TikTok Live and Shopee Live.
• Analyze campaign performance and shopper behavior to refine targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, online merchandising and retail media.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with trade‑marketing, creative and product teams.
