E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Marketplace Specialist to drive campaign planning and execution across FOREO SEA’s marketplace channels. You will be the operational backbone, coordinating calendars, promotions and product launches on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the monthly campaign calendar, handling sign‑ups, promotional submissions and voucher applications across all platforms.
• Coordinate on‑site updates, ensuring banners, category pages, product listings and pricing are accurate and timely.
• Track promotional execution, perform store checks and flag stock or fulfilment risks before campaigns launch.
• Create and configure promotional mechanics such as vouchers, flash deals, bundles and gift‑with‑purchase rules.
• Develop SOP playbooks and standardised bundle SKU configurations to minimise errors.
• Build and manage a pipeline of KOL and affiliate partners, handling outreach, negotiation, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Document and cascade promo mechanics to Platform Leads and ensure compliance with platform disclosure policies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, marketplace coordination or digital marketing, preferably with regional exposure.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopee Seller Center and Lazada Seller Center.
• Proven ability to run simultaneous campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, structured execution and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
