Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform applications.
• Enhance the CRM platform by creating entities, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards.
• Build plugins, custom actions, and workflow extensions following Microsoft best practices.
• Develop custom solutions using C#.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create integrations with Power Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Dataverse APIs, SSIS, and KingswaySoft.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Dynamics 365 and integrated systems.
• Perform system upgrades, release deployments, and environment management (DEV, UAT, PROD).
• Provide Level 3 support and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, solution reviews, testing, and QA activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Apps solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C#.NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse, entity modeling, and relational data structures.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), and custom connectors.
• Hands‑on experience integrating CRM with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution layering practices.
• Understanding of security models, role‑based access control, and data privacy standards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
