About the role

The Document Controller will oversee and assist in managing the overall project documentation, ensuring that all project procedures are strictly followed. This contract position is based on‑site in Pasig City and supports the project team by maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Ensure that document control procedures are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track document revisions, approvals, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and managers to obtain required documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits of document repositories to verify completeness and compliance.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and filing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
