About the role
The Disability Case Specialist works the night shift to support clients with disability-related inquiries. This position is part of a hybrid call‑centre environment, providing assistance to individuals and their dependents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage disability case inquiries and provide accurate information to callers.
- Document client interactions and case details in accordance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases.
Required profile
- Availability to work night‑shift hours on a full‑time basis.
- Ability to work in a hybrid (on‑site and remote) setting.
- Strong communication skills for customer service interactions.
