Director, People Partner

About the role

The People Director for MITDC Philippines will shape and execute a forward‑looking talent strategy that supports digital, operational, and cultural transformation. This senior HR leader will partner with business leaders to drive succession planning, talent management, change initiatives, and employee engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a People strategy aligned with MITDC’s growth and digital transformation.
• Advise leadership on organizational effectiveness, culture building, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
• Lead People operations and advisory support across all functions, ensuring a consistent, tech‑forward employee experience.
• Shape workforce plans for engineering, technology, and digital roles; partner with talent acquisition to build pipelines for niche tech skills.
• Enable large‑scale change initiatives such as digital adoption, Agile ways of working, and capability up‑skilling.
• Represent MITDC in global and regional People forums and collaborate with global COEs to harmonize processes.
• Leverage people analytics, AI‑enabled insights, and digital tools to inform talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Ensure full compliance with labor, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage groups within a complex matrix structure with regional and global reporting lines.
• Strong understanding of technology delivery center operations, shared services economics, and digital workforce dynamics.
• Demonstrated influence across a matrix, ability to shape multi‑year change, and build trust with global leaders.
• Growth mindset with knowledge of people technologies, automation impacts, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience executing large‑scale transformation initiatives with excellence.
