About the role

Join one of the world’s leading payments companies as the Director of People & Culture for the Philippines. You will partner directly with senior leaders to shape a high‑performing, inclusive workplace that drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead the full HR spectrum – business partnering, employee relations, talent management, performance, engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Coach and advise leaders on leadership development, succession planning, team performance, and talent retention.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and governance standards while managing risk.
• Drive initiatives that support transformation, culture, inclusion, and high‑performing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (advanced degree a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including extensive HR Business Partnering in a fast‑paced organization.
• Proven track record in employee relations, organizational development, talent management and change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and experience handling complex compliance matters.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, communication and leadership abilities.
