Director of Workforce

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Director of Workforce to lead its Workforce Management function across the region. The role is responsible for optimizing staffing, ensuring revenue assurance and supporting all client programs with high‑quality workforce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify account profitability opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Forecast call and email volumes, monitor seat occupancy, average handle time and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to resolve staffing and scheduling issues.
• Achieve 100 % accuracy and speed of delivery for workforce plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day workforce operations and implement scheduling strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Communicate core strategy and goals to WFM managers and establish clear staffing and scheduling metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading workforce management teams in a BPO or outsourced services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret volume forecasts and performance data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of driving profitability and margin protection through staffing optimization.
