Director of Academic Excellence (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary leader to own and scale its academic model that enables students to learn at twice the speed in just two hours per day. This remote position will shape academic strategy, standardize execution across schools, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that translate learning science into curriculum, motivation architecture, and application development.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and results focus.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and observations into ecosystem assessments to identify obstacles and recommend interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading academic initiatives that deliver measurable student outcomes.
• Experience standardizing academic operations across multiple school sites.
• Strong public speaking and advocacy skills for global education audiences.
