About the role

The Director of MBPS Actuarial Reinsurance Services will lead the actuarial teams that support global reinsurance operations across North America and Asia. Reporting to the Head of MBPS Actuarial Pricing, Reinsurance, and Risk Management Services, the role focuses on enhancing the reinsurance operating model, fostering collaboration, and driving transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for reinsurance operations and contribute to the overall actuarial strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global reinsurance leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Offer insights on reinsurance processes, performance trends, and emerging priorities.
• Champion operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead end‑to‑end people management for reinsurance administration teams in North America, Asia, and treaty consultants.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of actuarial outputs and act as primary escalation point for reinsurance matters.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and scalability initiatives across reinsurance activities.
