Director, Business Development – Corporate Solutions (East SEA)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a senior leader to drive growth of its Corporate Solutions business across East Southeast Asia – Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. The role will shape the commercial payments strategy, build high‑impact relationships and lead a regional team to expand spend, revenue and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Mastercard's Corporate Solutions portfolio across Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, delivering growth in commercial‑payment spend and revenue.
• Coach, develop and inspire a high‑performing regional team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Design and execute growth strategies that accelerate adoption of B2B and Travel & Expense payment solutions.
• Build senior relationships with issuer banks, treasury organisations and ecosystem partners.
• Engage directly with multinational corporations, large enterprises and government bodies to identify needs and promote Mastercard‑powered solutions.
• Partner with Product, Partnerships, Acceptance and Account Management teams to bring new solutions to market.
• Develop strategic commercial opportunities, including proposals, business cases, executive presentations and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial payments, B2B or corporate solutions, preferably within a global financial services firm.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in complex, multi‑country environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with a track record of building senior‑level relationships.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable growth plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
