Digital Systems & Technology Specialist (IT/Web/SEO)

About the role

Brainbox is looking for a versatile Digital Systems & Technology Specialist to support and optimise a wide range of digital platforms, business systems, and technology initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional IT support, focusing on strategic use of technology, automation, and AI to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and administration across digital platforms and business systems.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements through automation, integrations, and technology solutions.
• Support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments, including user management and collaboration tools.
• Manage and maintain company websites, monitor performance, and implement optimisations.
• Assist SEO and AEO initiatives to boost online visibility.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, delivering actionable insights.
• Support operational platforms such as Truhull, evaluate improvements, and assist with integrations.
• Perform basic coding, scripting, and support AI‑driven automation projects.

• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
