Digital Marketing & Website Specialist – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking a Philippines‑based Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to join an Australian racing and hospitality club as an independent contractor. Working remotely, you will partner with the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience to ensure the club’s digital assets deliver a seamless journey from discovery to ticket purchase and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise the company’s WordPress website, including custom themes, templates, landing pages and plugins.
• Manage website integrations, hosting coordination, security, backups and uptime monitoring.
• Continuously improve site usability, conversion rates and content accuracy.
• Implement technical SEO strategies to boost search visibility.
• Oversee CRM and marketing automation tools, ensuring data integrity and effective lifecycle campaigns.
• Plan, execute and analyse paid‑search campaigns and performance reporting.
• Collaborate on analytics implementation and provide insights to drive commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital specialist comfortable working independently and aligning with Australian business hours.
• Strong interest in using technology, data and automation to enhance customer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with the marketing team.
