Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will design, implement, and optimise digital campaigns to generate qualified leads and support growth objectives. This role works closely with sales and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at lead generation.
• Manage SEO initiatives and continuously improve organic search performance.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Own HubSpot automation, workflows, and CRM management.
• Build landing pages using HTML and CMS tools.
• Maintain and update the WordPress website.
• Analyse performance data with analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Create visual assets using Canva.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of GTM efforts.
• Propose and present marketing campaign ideas to the SVP of Growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, report findings, and recommend improvements to senior leadership.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
