About the role

Rundzee PH is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. You will turn advertising budgets into measurable conversions and revenue for our fast‑growing technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
• Implement and monitor tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tags.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on performance digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with app‑install and lead‑generation campaigns.
