Digital Marketing Officer – Quezon City

About the role

Odoo APAC is launching its first Philippine office and seeks a Digital Marketing Officer to build brand awareness and generate leads across the country. You will combine creative content production with data‑driven campaign management to position Odoo as the go‑to ERP solution for local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase brand visibility and lead generation in the Philippines.
• Create localized content such as testimonials, webinars, blogs, and social media posts to educate the market and improve SEO.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/LinkedIn) and Google platforms.
• Coordinate multi‑channel programs including email marketing, webinars, and targeted social outreach.
• Collaborate closely with direct and indirect sales teams to align marketing activities with pipeline needs.
• Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities and cultural nuances across Philippine regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Filipino; additional Philippine languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of B2B decision‑making on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment and solve problems creatively.
