Digital Data Analytics Officer

About the role

The Digital Data Analytics Officer will lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data from digital marketing initiatives to drive acquisition growth and support business objectives. Working closely with channel managers and stakeholders, the officer translates data insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from social media, email, display advertising, and website traffic.
• Use analytical tools to evaluate metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
• Identify trends, patterns, and audience behaviors to assess campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis to compare results against goals and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with channel managers to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
• Analyze competitor digital marketing activities to spot industry trends and best practices.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and suggest differentiation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Communications.
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in marketing or digital analytics.
• Strong knowledge of digital metrics, platforms, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and people‑management abilities.
• Experience in project/campaign management, communication, negotiation, and financial forecasting.
• Experience in financial institutions and sales is an advantage.
