Digital and eCommerce Specialist

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a dynamic Digital and eCommerce Specialist to join its Integrated Marketing Services team. The role will drive growth of the Nescafé Dolce Gusto direct‑to‑consumer business by managing and optimizing e‑commerce platforms and supporting brand‑marketing web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Execute webmastering activities for brand marketing websites, D2C webshops and mobile applications.
• Manage promotions, content and product data in Magento2, including launches, price updates and shipping cost adjustments.
• Perform quality assurance and end‑to‑end testing before monthly releases.
• Implement SEO optimizations to improve visibility and performance.
• Handle support and incident requests, coordinating with technical partners and agencies.
• Configure and validate new features on the NDG Magento2 platform and obtain market approval.
• Track, report and analyse key activities and market requests to provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• University degree in digital technologies or a related field.
• Proficiency in English with strong writing and editing abilities.
• Experience managing e‑commerce platforms, preferably Magento2.
• Familiarity with SEO practices and web analytics tools.
• Understanding of UX principles and front‑end web design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume, complex tasks.
• Proven collaboration skills across functions and stakeholder management.
