Digital Ads & CRO Specialist – Remote

About the role

The Digital Ads & CRO Specialist will lead performance‑driven advertising campaigns and optimise conversion rates across our web properties. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the marketing team to maximise ROI and enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust bids, creatives, and targeting to meet KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing, landing‑page optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve conversion rates.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and CRO.

Required profile

• Performance‑focused mindset with a strong analytical approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability for morning shift and weekends off.
