About the role
Globe is looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join its infrastructure team. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of production environments while supporting client‑reported issues and continuous delivery pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client issues, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Execute DevOps deployment tasks, provision and harden infrastructure across cloud platforms.
- Provide infrastructure support during testing, server migrations, and production cut‑overs, including onsite assistance.
- Collaborate with network engineers, vendors, and cloud service providers to fulfill server and cloud requirements.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to L2/L3 teams, assist vendors with device installations, and participate in design and standards reviews.
- Attend operational reporting reviews, team meetings, huddles, DSU sessions, trainings, and knowledge‑transfer activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, test design, and root‑cause analysis to manage service performance KPIs.
