Design Manager

About the role

PPI Holdings, Inc., the exclusive franchisee of Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and Dairy Queen in the Philippines, is looking for a full‑time Design Manager to lead its creative team in Quezon City. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality visual solutions that support marketing campaigns, product packaging and brand identity across all food‑service outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and execute design ideas that align with brand guidelines.
• Review project briefs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product development and operations.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Manage, mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading design projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and aligning design with business goals.
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in visual communication.
