Design Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

The Design Architect will develop comprehensive architectural plans for both residential and commercial properties, turning client requirements into functional, innovative designs. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate with other architects and designers to maintain company standards.
• Interpret and apply building codes and regulations to guarantee compliance.
• Review project progress and ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Present design proposals to clients, project managers, and senior executives.
• Estimate project costs and establish timelines to keep projects within budget and schedule.
