Deputy General Manager – Order to Cash Operations

About the role

The Deputy General Manager (E5) will lead a global Order to Cash operation of over 300 staff, reporting to senior executives and ensuring seamless B2B Collections, Dispute Management and Cash Application across multiple US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic workforce planning and daily operational management for Order to Cash functions.
• Achieve monthly operational targets, cost initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Drive process improvement, automation and Lean Six Sigma projects to eliminate variance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements and other governance metrics.
• Lead client relationship management, resolve escalated issues and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide input to strategic decisions affecting the functional area.

Required profile

• 14+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex administration operations within a multinational environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
