Account Manager – Trust Banking

About the role

Acts as the central point of contact for traditional trust clients, managing overall relationships and driving volume and income targets for the trust business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end relationship with traditional trust clients, including evaluation and onboarding of new accounts.
• Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients to meet profitability quotas.
• Forecast, track and report key account metrics and status.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, internal bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with bank sales partners to grow opportunities and support cross‑selling.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Required profile

• At least three years of relevant experience in trust banking and account management.
• Strong stakeholder‑management ability to match client business requirements with bank products and services.
• Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred.
