Demand Strategy Attorney

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled attorney to join our Demands Team, focusing on personal injury cases. The role involves reviewing case files, assessing demand readiness, and creating persuasive demand packages to achieve favorable settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze personal injury case files to determine demand readiness.
• Evaluate liability, medical records, damages, treatment history, and supporting evidence.
• Identify case deficiencies, document them, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Draft comprehensive, persuasive demand letters and demand packages.
• Develop case strategies that effectively present liability, damages, and settlement value.
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to move cases efficiently through the demand process.
• Ensure demand packages meet quality standards and are completed within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree.
• Licensed attorney in good standing.
• Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, insurance claims, or demand preparation.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and sound legal judgment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
