Demand and Supply Associate

About the role

The Demand and Supply Associate will be the domain expert for selected Toyota models, driving short‑ to mid‑term demand and supply planning to ensure continuous market availability. Based in Makati City, you will work closely with internal teams and regional offices to align vehicle supply with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply and demand planning for assigned Toyota models, including forecasting vehicle orders and managing inventory.
• Monitor vehicle supply status, allocation, and shipment schedules to guarantee timely market delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments and regional offices on supply requirements and resolve any concerns.
• Analyze market performance, sales trends, and competitor activity to inform planning decisions.
• Develop daily supply planning strategies to meet sales targets and optimise vehicle availability.
• Manage end‑to‑end supply and demand activities, including production level discussions and order planning.
• Recommend process improvements and Kaizen initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply‑chain efficiency.
• Prepare reports and deliver data‑driven insights for management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Continuous‑improvement orientation and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
