Dealer Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Dealer Sales Coordinator will be responsible for achieving full sales performance by soliciting and booking orders from dealers, department stores and other kitchen/houseware outlets in Cagayan de Oro. The role works closely with marketing to share market intelligence and support promotional activities while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100 % of sales targets and monthly sell‑out goals for CITC products.
• Solicit, negotiate and book orders from dealers, department stores and small retail outlets.
• Coordinate with marketing to provide product movement data, competitor activity, and feedback for promotions.
• Promote CITC products effectively to ensure sales and product targets are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and market segment awareness.
• Develop and sustain excellent relationships with dealers and department‑store personnel.
• Facilitate timely collection of accounts payable and resolve defective product issues with the Pureit Service Team.
• Conduct regular inventory inspections, monitor stock levels for outright and consignment items, and ensure no variance per store.

Required profile

• Resident of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with the assigned sales area and ability to travel to dealer locations.
