About the role
The Data Integrity Associate will support patient identity accuracy across healthcare systems by maintaining the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI). Working remotely, the associate ensures that patient records are consistent, reliable, and compliant with data quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and validate patient identity data within the EMPI.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to maintain high data integrity.
- Collaborate with healthcare system teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document data integrity processes and outcomes.
