Data Center Site Operations Manager

About the role

The Data Center Site Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a dedicated data centre facility in the Philippines. Reporting to the Head of Regional Operations, the role ensures the site delivers optimal performance, reliability and efficiency while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, guaranteeing maximum uptime and service quality.
• Lead and develop the site operations team, fostering collaboration, innovation and high performance.
• Maintain power, cooling and security systems to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Manage client fulfillment processes, delivering services on time and addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and internal policies.
• Implement risk‑management strategies to minimise operational disruptions.
• Drive technology adoption and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a high‑performing site operations team.
• Deep knowledge of data centre operations principles and best practices.
• Strong track record of maintaining facility reliability and client satisfaction.
• Experience with compliance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills
