Data Analytics Officer

About the role
The Data Analytics Officer will turn complex banking data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, improve processes, and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and timely delivery of analytical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform in‑depth analysis across cash management, remittance, trade, and supply‑chain functions.
- Lead the design and execution of business intelligence strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend data‑driven adjustments.
- Ensure all analytics activities comply with banking regulations and internal governance.
- Oversee data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, marketing, and customer service to meet data needs.
- Manage analytics projects from concept to implementation, aligning with strategic goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business, Data Analytics or related field (Master’s/Doctorate preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience, preferably in financial services.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
