Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Dashboard Development

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights for our business heads. The role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards, applying statistical models, and supporting decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reports, analytics and interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Collaborate with IT and data‑management teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Apply statistical models for forecasting, root‑cause analysis and visual presentation of results.
• Prepare Management Committee (ManCom) reports and other ad‑hoc reports for internal stakeholders.
• Lead assigned projects through the full project lifecycle using the Shared Services Standard Project Management Methodology.
• Conduct research on prospective customers and related business topics as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence and dashboard development.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of R programming and machine‑learning concepts is advantageous.
