Cyber Security Head

About the role

The organization is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Head to lead its enterprise-wide security transformation. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, oversee delivery of complex security programs, and ensure compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive cybersecurity programs for large‑scale enterprise clients.
• Lead identity and access management initiatives, including IAM architecture and implementation.
• Manage risk, privacy, third‑party risk, and regulatory compliance across frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
• Oversee delivery teams, mentor senior engineers, and coordinate with global delivery hubs in over 150 countries.
• Collaborate with business units to align security objectives with overall corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline.
• 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project‑delivery role.
• Proven record of delivering complex security programs for enterprise clients.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP or equivalent are strongly preferred.
