About the role
Join Eucalyptus, the company behind the Juniper weight‑management program, as a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their treatment journey through phone, email and chat.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of patient issues and resolve them quickly with empathy.
- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacies and delivery partners to ensure seamless care.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, tickets solved and Average Handling Time.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or workflow improvements.
- Monitor ticket trends, flag recurring problems and work with leadership to prevent future issues.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in telehealth, healthcare support, or a related customer‑service field.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to drive outcomes for patients.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email and chat channels.
