About the role
Join UPS as a Customer Service Telephone Representative, working remotely from home. You will help customers with package inquiries and ensure smooth delivery experiences while supporting UPS’s commitment to excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions about their shipments and collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor performance objectives and track results continuously.
- Achieve or exceed key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction scores, quality metrics, response times, and deadline compliance.
- Suggest ideas and solutions to enhance the overall UPS customer experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent listening abilities.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills and effective problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or general administration is preferred.
