Customer Service Specialist – Pharma/Healthcare (English, Remote Philippines)

About the role

Alphanumeric-systems is seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to support a leading global pharmaceutical company. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will handle high‑volume inbound contacts from patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, providing accurate and empathetic information on products for diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, cardiovascular and liver health.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails, delivering professional and compassionate service.
• Provide general on‑label information and FAQs, guiding users through product sites.
• Identify medical‑information inquiries and triage them to the appropriate department.
• Detect and document potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).
• Handle temperature‑excursion queries and update relevant records.
• Maintain compliance with quality, ethics, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a pharma/biotech call center or medical/commercial support role.
• Legal right to work in the Philippines with valid documentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
