About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while working in a fast‑paced BPO environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and deliver accurate information.
- Document interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Assist customers with order processing, form completion, and application handling.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
