About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Pre‑Underwrite Reviewer to join our remote team. In this position you will support the underwriting process, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for home‑buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Review preliminary underwriting documents and data for accuracy.
- Validate applicant information against internal guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and flag cases that require further investigation.
- Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain clear records of review outcomes and decisions.
Required profile
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of home‑buying or loan processes is a plus.
